Black Lotus Bedroom Furniture

We wanted to produce a range of chests of drawers and bedroom furniture to go with our beds, but unfortunately we don’t currently have the capacity to produce them in our own Sheffield workshops.

We struggled to find anyone in the UK who could make these exclusively for us and to our standards. Happily we were introduced to a small family business in Vietnam who specialised in making chests of drawers and who manufactured the Black Lotus collection for us for many years. Unfortunately they ceased producing furniture during COVID, and we have been looking for an alternative maker ever since.

Fortunately, after much searching, we are now working with a European company who are going to be making the Black Lotus range just for us. We are so pleased to be able to offer the collection again!

This company has a similar environmentally conscious outlook to ourselves and we are very happy to be working with them. For every 1 tree that they use for furniture production they plant at least 10 trees. 70% of the power they use is generated on their own solar power farm, while all waste timber is used to produce wooden pellets for heating keeping any waste to a minimum.
